On the afternoon of this Tuesday, the 14th criminal judge for the control of guarantees continued with the hearing for the imputation of charges against Jhonier Rodolfo Leal Hernandez accused of killing his brother Mauricio Leal and his mother, Marleny Hernandez, in events recorded according to the Prosecutor’s Office between 11:45 p.m. on Sunday, November 21, and 5:53 a.m. on Monday, November 22.
In the hearing held yesterday (for seven hours), Jhonier did not accept the charges of aggravated homicide by kinship, by a state of defenselessness and cruelty and concealment, alteration or destruction of material evidence.
