LONDON — Britain’s Prime Minister Rishi Sunak answers questions in parliament before Britain’s Finance Minister Jeremy Hunt presents the UK government’s budget. Hunt instructed the Office of Budget Responsibility to prepare an economic and fiscal forecast to accompany it.
