CHICAGO (AP) — Devin Booker scored 35 points and tied a career-high six 3-pointers as the Phoenix Suns routed the Chicago Bulls 125-104 on Friday night.
Kevin Durant added 20 points in his second game in a Phoenix uniform.
Josh Okogie had 25 of five 3-pointers for the Suns, who held off strong performances from DeMar DeRozan and Zach LaVine to win for the eighth time in 11 games.
Phoenix rallied after Chicago used a strong second quarter to take a four-point lead.
The Suns outscored the Bulls 34-21 in the third quarter and scored 10 unanswered points midway through the fourth quarter to extend their lead to 17 points.
Booker made 6 of 10 3-pointers, while Okogie was 5 of 10.
Durant continued to have a smooth transition after the trade that took him from Brooklyn to Phoenix. Once again, he showed no problems with a sprained right knee that sidelined him for seven weeks.
