On the 7th day of the Brasil – Campeonato Mineiro 2023 tournament, Athletic Club won at the Arena do Jacaré stadium by beating Democrata SL 1-2. The goal of the match for the locals was scored by Léo (18′ 2T). While the away goals were scored by Welinton (16′ 2T) and Jonathan (45′ 2T).
