The panel of 23 jurors heard testimony from 75 witnessesincluding the fourth Trump’s chief of staff, Mark MeadowsRepublican Senator, Lindsey Grahamand Giuliani.

Last week, a Georgia judge cleared the release of three sections of the grand jury report, where members say they found no evidence of massive voter fraudrefuting Trump’s thesis.

The published sections did not include specific recommendations for prosecution, but revealed that the jury believed the witnesses may have lied under oath.

” Unanimously, we conclude that there was no widespread fraud in the 2020 presidential election in Georgia this could lead to the cancellation of those,” that panel said in the document.

The investigation was launched after Trump called on January 2, 2021, to Georgia election officials, asking them to “find” the 11,780 votes he needed to defeat Biden in the state.

Kohrs assured the network CNN that he had listened to more recorded calls from Trump during the process.

It is one of multiple ongoing investigations into alleged crimes committed by the former president and his close aides, accused of being involved in a plan to stay in power despite the Trump’s electoral defeat.
