A public bank launched this Thursday, February 16, its special program of reductions for the 2023 school yearin which school supplies, clothes and shoes can be purchased at a lower price and with advantages.

This is the “Back to School 2023” campaign of the National Bankwhich aims to “facilitate access to school basket products” through “exclusive advantages” such as interest-free installment payments and discounts of up to 50% for the purchase of stationery, textbooks, clothes and shoes for the start of the school year.

The proposal comes into force this Thursday 16 and will last Until February 24 Understood. It provides a 30% discount on school purchases at more than 6,000 companies across the country with Visa and Mastercard credit cards issued by Banco Nación.

“In the event that users pay with the BNA+ MODE virtual walletyou can get one additional discount of 20 percent,” they added of the bank in a statement.

The campaign of discounts and financial advantages for the purchase of school supplies also envisages payment with Mastercard debit cards and Maestro BIN exclusive pensioners; This includes stationery, textbooks, coveralls, clothes and shoes, which can be purchased 3 (three) installments with a return limit of up to 6,000 pesos.

“For us, education is a central and structural axis that lays the foundations for the future of growth and development that we want in Argentina,” said the president of Banco Nación and former Minister of Economy, Silvina Batakisand added that -for this reason- “we make available to students from all over the country so that they can access the necessary items and products at the start of classes”.

“They represent the future and we must assume the responsibility and the commitment to do everything so that they can study in the best possible conditions”, concluded Batakis.

Not only will banks offer discounts and benefits for school supplies, but families will also be able to find ways to save through apps like ahi-ta!.

With that application it is possible to get cash back, i.e. instant refunds in pesos, for the purchase of items such as E7 notebooks, number 3 notebooks, N3 sheet refills and number 5 white and colored pads.

In total, you can access withdrawals of up to 4,300 pesos per userthat is, a couple can access a total of $8,600 in returns.

To use this benefit, you need to download the app from ahi-ta! official website, it works as a Google Chrome extension for computers. It’s free and once the cashback has been applied and the order has been received, users enter the supermarket’s website to validate it. It is available for purchase in the main supermarkets in the country: Carrefour, Jumbo, Disco, Vea, Coto Digital, Dia and MasOnline.

“Depending on the day of purchase, consumers can access special discounts offered by supermarkets. They range from 20% to 30%, and up to 50% in the second unit. On average, the basic basket goes from $12,290 to $10,321. A general saving of 16%,” they said from the company.
