Conmebol issued a statement hours before the Copa América final between Argentina and Brazil. The entity that regulates South American football reported that it detected “a considerable amount of fraudulent Covid-19 (PCR) tests, from attendees both in the Argentine tribune and in the Brazilian tribune,” and it announced that all of them “will not be able to enter the stadium”.
In this sense, the South American Football Confederation also warned that the controls for entry to the final “will be extremely rigorous, as well as the application of health protocols and prevention measures ”.
It is worth remembering that each of attendees must present the laboratory test with a negative result to be able to access the final of the Copa América.

On Saturday, July 10, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., the accreditations can be collected at the Maracanazinho, near the Maracaná stadium, through gate 7.
Argentines who lined up today at the Consulate and still do not have their accreditation, the number assigned for Saturday will be respected.
They are reminded that to withdraw their accreditation they must present a negative PCR (2 copies of it) and their ID.
