This Sunday Sergio Pérez won the Singapore Grand Prix and his feat made several celebrities from his country proud, such as Canelo Álvarez and Álex Lora.
It was the singer of El Tri who prepared to praise the victory with a song written especially for the Mexican pilot, which he sang, recorded on video and immediately went viral.
“Congratulations, champion, you did it, your dream came true. Congratulations, champion, well done, you managed to be the best; I’m going to shoot that ball, very well lowered that ball. After having really wanted to, today everyone knows that you are the best. Congratulations, champion, congratulations, champion, there is no one better than you, ”the Aztec rocker interpreted in front of the cameras.
At the end of the clip, Lora congratulates Checo Pérez and says goodbye in his way: “Congratulations Checo Pérez, number 1. And long live Rock and Roll!” He mentions.
The Mexican driver added his second victory of the 2022 Formula 1 season, after his victory at the Monaco GP. With this result, Pérez was only two points behind second place, Charles Leclerc, who has 237 units in the drivers’ championship.
