Although home prices have been on the rise for several years now, there are some cities that are already seeing significant declines in housing costs. Here we share 10 of them
Home prices across the country are starting to slow down, though we still can’t say that homes are already cheap. And it is that, after years with price increases, they are still at a very high level.
If you are looking for a city that offers cheap houses, the real estate portal Realtor.com did a study where it identified the 10 cities with the most affordable homes.
Plus, Realtor.com says that these cities have surprisingly nice homes at great prices.
