The musician stepped on the red carpet with his fiancee Megan Fox at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards on May 15, sporting a set of gleaming studs worth a total of $30,000, which should come as no surprise, as the custom-designed claws had 880 diamonds, bringing it to a hefty over 11 carats.
However, the manicure was not all for show. According to the founder of Marrow Fine Jewelry Jillian Sassone, the nails will be recycled into a limited-edition ring collection after the BBMAs. Even better, 100 percent of the profits from the rings will be donated to charity.
Sassone worked alongside the creator of Nails of LA brittney boyce to create the stunning manicure, something she said she was “honored” to do in a press release. “Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox are one of the hottest and most fashionable couples around right now, so designing something so unique for charity was an offer I just couldn’t turn down.”
