Maraisa was proposed to at a concert she performed on Thursday night (5) in Palmas. The 35-year-old singer had already revealed her desire to marry Fernando Mocó in 2024. The confirmation of the engagement increased fans’ interest in the businessman, with whom she entered into a relationship in July this year.
About three months ago, at the end of July, Maraisa and Fernando Mocó began publishing photos and videos of them together, sharing intimate moments. Declarations of love between them became frequent.
“I love it when you answer my 300 calls a day, I love the concern you have for me every time I come and go, I love sleeping and dreaming with you,” the famous singer said in one of her declarations to her lover.
Maraisa’s fiancé is a partner in large chain stores
Fernando Mocó was born in Goiás and lives in Tocantins. He met Maraisa as a teenager, when the famous duo still lived in Araguaína (TO). He helped the singer at the start of her career, promoting her songs around the city with a car stereo.
Today, the businessman is a partner in a large chain of furniture stores and a parts distributor.
After proposing to Maraisa, Fernando Mocó unleashed his gogó and sang Por um Minuto, by Bruno and Marrone. He enlisted the help of his sister-in-law Maiara to sing the song. And he impressed the audience with his big voice.
What many people don’t know is that Mocó has already tried his hand at country music. As well as being a singer, he was a producer for some of the biggest names in the music industry. Today, he shares several videos on social media, singing alongside well-known artists. He even took part in the DVD of the duo Atos e Henrique.
Also on his Instagram profile, he shows, as well as moments with Maraisa, meetings with family and friends. Very attached to the country music scene, he appears promoting the talent of some of the artists in this segment.
