Octavio Pérez, father of the actor Octavio Ocana, of whom the news of his death was released last Friday, said that the people who accompanied his son at the time of the persecution that caused his death, were detained for several days, were tortured and forced to sign the official statement of the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Mexico.
In an interview for the newscast with Ciro Gómez Leyva, the father of the actor from the television program “Neighbors” mentioned the following:
“The people who were with my son were friends of mine and friends of his, let’s be clear, and they tortured them until they got tired. One of them contacted me and said ‘forgive me friend, but they made me sign this, this and this, they beat me up for three, four days and until today they released me and made me sign this,” said the actor’s businessman and father.
The actor’s father pointed out that the first version given to the Pérez Ocaña family was different from the one currently being used.
“There is a prosecutor who spoke with my daughter and told her that it was negative first; alcohol test, negative; Harrison’s test, negative; How are you going to shoot, how? And then they turn it over to my daughter, ‘Oh what do you think? It always did come out with the test.”
The 22-year-old’s father confirmed that legal actions will begin in the next few days to find out what really happened with the death of his son and made it clear that for the actor’s family the Prosecutor’s Office is lying and it is a murder.
“What I want is justice, open the folder again. I’m not an idiot, they got into a big fart, that’s what I tell you, I’m going with everything for you.”
