The consort has reused a colorful outfit from her mother-in-law

Although in recent years there has been much speculation about an alleged tense relationship between Queen Letizia and Queen Sofía, as a result of their disagreement in the Cathedral of Palma de Mallorca, the consort and the emerita just showed that they have an excellent bond using fashion as language.

How good friends do, Queen Sofía has lent Queen Letizia a beautiful bucolic dress so that she can wear it during a lunch that has been served at the Royal Palace in honor of the President of Chile, Sebastián Piñera, who is on an official visit to Spain.

The dress in question, which Queen Sofia used during a visit to Rome, is forty years old and Queen Letizia has modified some details to better suit her tastes and current trends.
