After Melissa Paredes and Rodrigo Cuba sign the conciliation where they agreed to the shared tenure of their daughter, their respective lawyers Patricia Simons and Leydi Pena confirmed that the couple will divorce by mutual agreement and not due to infidelity.

Amor and Fuego contacted both attorneys. While attorney Leydi Peña was on set, Simons agreed to make a live link.

“We are happy because we have reached something that is very difficult to achieve, which is shared ownership”, began Leydi Peña in the Rodrigo González program.

In addition, she revealed that in this conciliation the issue of divorce was also touched upon. “We just played it, we are going through a mutually agreed divorce. It is completely closed and we are very grateful for all the support shown to Rodrigo,” said the lawyer quite satisfied.

For her part, Melissa Paredes’ lawyer, Patricia Simons, reaffirmed that the divorce would be mutually agreed. The driver took the opportunity to ask him about what Jorge Cuba implied minutes before through an interview.

Rodrigo Cuba’s father pointed out that what happened with Melissa Paredes was not an agreement, but a kind of compensation.

RODRIGO CUBA KEPT THE DEPARTMENT AND SHE WITH 30 THOUSAND DOLLARS

Given this, the lawyer was very upset and did not hesitate to make the respective clarification.

“I would not consider compensation, I would consider a goodwill agreement. I would ask Mr. Cuba to stop saying that kind of thing.”

“Let’s see, if you want to think that there has been some kind of agreement, Melissa has delivered the apartment, which by law is a social good. In addition, the household items have remained with Mr. Cuba, (this) was bought within the marriage. All Melissa has had is $ 30,000 to date, and next year, $ 10,000. If that is the arrangement that they say I did not want to say, well that is the arrangement”, she pointed annoyed.

For her part, Gigi Miter asked if Rodrigo Cuba and Melissa Paredes would divorce because of infidelity. Both lawyers indicated that in the conciliation they agreed that it would not be the case, but by mutual agreement.

However, Patricia Simons did not stop there, as she stressed that the cause would not be infidelity, since the other party already knew of the fact. However, she preferred not to delve into the subject so as not to harm the agreement.

Rodrigo Cuba’s lawyer did not support these words and stressed that it was agreed to agree to a divorce by mutual agreement for the good of little Mia.

SHARED TENANCY

Melissa Paredes and Rodrigo Cuba will have joint custody of their daughter. “An agreement has been reached, visits, goods, food, and a food pension paid for 50% of school and university education”, highlighted one of Melissa Paredes’ lawyers in a link with Amor and Fuego.

Likewise, Patricia Simons highlighted that “shared tenure has not deprived the father of anything. However, with respect to the department – a social good – has been left to the father. A small portion has been recognized for Melissa even though it is a social good”.

LAWYERS OF RODRIGO CUBA AND MELISSA PAREDES DISCUSS

Patricia Simons and Leydi Peña, lawyers for Melissa Paredes and Rodrigo Cuba, respectively, showed their differences in the program Amor y Fuego. While the soccer player’s defender was on set, the actress’s lawyer made a live link to the program.

Dr. Laydi Peña is sitting on the set, while we had agreed that no one was going to testify. We are declaring because Rodrigo Cuba’s father has declared,” Simons said.

Likewise, the defense of Melissa Paredes recalled that Rodrigo Cuba initiated an exclusive tenure process. “I never recommend that children be involved in legal proceedings, except for very serious causes, she indicated.

Rodrigo Cuba’s lawyer immediately came to his defense and pointed out that they initiated this process due to the way in which the model took her daughter home. “It was my recommendation”, she commented repeatedly.
