In 2005 Luis Miguel suffered an accident in Peru that caused him to develop tinnitus. A condition that causes permanent ringing in the ear.
It was then that “El Sol” considered doing something else in case he could not return to the stage and then his own wine was born.
So we found out tonight in the fourth episode of the second season of “Luis Miguel the series.”
“I bought the vineyard because I can’t sing. Do you remember that I told you about the accident? No, well, I didn’t tell you but the doctors say that maybe I will never be able to sing as before,” explains “El Sol” (played by Diego Boneta) in the chapter, while talking with his daughter Michelle Salas.
Well, the wine is called “Unique” and it comes from Chile, according to what is told in the series.
According to the YouTube channel specialized in the subject of wine, “The chef sommelier”, Luis Miguel’s wine comes from the Maipo Valley.
The drink was made in collaboration with the Chilean winery Ventisquero and made by the winemaker Aurelio Montes; It has 14 degrees of alcoholic volume and is a 750 milliliter bottle.
“The symphony between earth, air and sun has inspired me to create, together with the support of Aurelio Montes, winemaker at Viña Ventisquero in Chile, this cabernet sauvignon, a unique wine,” the description reads.
The price of the bottle in Mercado Libre is between 3,000 pesos and up to 18,000 pesos for an edition that includes a glass and decanter.
Recently, as can be seen in a videotape from Televisa Veracruz Oficial, his wine brand was relaunched and his brother Alejandro Basteri was present.
