This Christmas is not exactly idyllic for Kiko Rivera. The conflicts he still has with his mother and part of his family have overshadowed the good feelings traditionally present these days and have given way to nostalgia and melancholy.
The DJ has celebrated Christmas Eve accompanied by his wife, Irene Rosales, and their daughters, away from the festivities that long ago took place in Cantora.
As if all this were not enough, now the eldest son of Isabel Pantoja has run into his first legal defeat in the battle he started months ago against his uncle Agustín Pantoja.
Apparently, Agustín Pantoja’s lawyers were able to show that the money was used to pay the fine imposed on Isabel Pantoja by the Provincial Court of Malaga, just as he and his nephew Kiko Rivera had agreed through a verbal agreement that was also proven in court, thus ruling out the alleged misappropriation and unfair administration.
In addition, Paloma García-Pelayo pointed out that “Kiko’s defense has been able to prove that the income from these rents, which, moreover, were negotiated for five years in advance, at a rate of about 60,000 euros per year, they were used to pay the fine of Isabel Pantoja. And so it is, recorded in the Provincial Court of Malaga. Therefore, there is no misappropriation and Agustín Pantoja has not kept part of this money”.
The news comes shortly after the Kiko Rivera, in a gesture of peace with his family, publicly consider desist from legal actions that he undertook against his uncle Agustín Pantoja.
