Today through the designer’s instagram, it was revealed that Cara Delevingne, being the newest member to join the TEAM KARL family, co-create a capsule collection with inclusive styles and gender neutral, made with sustainable materials and that will reflect the values that both she and Karl Lagerfeld are passionate about.
Cara Loves Karl Loves Cara, name of the collection, has a launch date of September 2022 and we are looking forward to this new proposal.
This project will extend beyond fashion and will have a strong emphasis on creative storytelling, taking care of genderless styles. The CEO of Karl Lagerfeld, Pier Paolo Righi, mentioned that this collection will have an “innovative and holistic multichannel campaign”.
Lagerfeld loved and appreciated Cara, always admired her for being a brave and daring person, once noted: “She is a character. She is the Charlie Chaplin of the fashion world. She is a kind of genius, like a character of a silent movie “.
