Chef Chepina Peralta, the first to appear on Mexican television, died at the age of 90 this weekend, without revealing the causes so far.

The death of the gastronomy promoter occurred this Saturday and she will be remembered for her participation in various programs on Mexican TV.

It is known that the family of the famous chef will maintain the funeral services in discretion due to the pandemic and health emergency, however, they explained that Chepina always had in mind the affection of her admirers.

Peralta’s career can be traced back to radio and television shows and was recently in a newspaper as a columnist.

“A feeling of gratitude has come to my heart and it has made me think of all the people I have met on the way of my life. My co-workers, camera directors, cameramen, floor managers, props, illuminators, set designers, scriptwriters, personal assistants, sponsors. How many people who participated in my television programs and, what comes from my heart is, Thank you”.
