After hearing the fateful news of the death of Veronica Forqué, her colleagues and friends mourn her loss on social media. As is the case of the actress Belén López, with whom she recently met at the talent culinary ‘MasterChef Celebrity’, who has dedicated some beautiful words to her former partner and friend: “My dear. My dear partner, I don’t want to cry but tears flood my room”.

Álvaro Forqué, her only brother, passed away on December 31 of 2014, at the age of 61. A hard blow for Verónica from which she could never recover, since as she herself assured in an interview in 2015 to the magazine Díez Minutos, “it was just the two of us and we were very close”.

And it is that as she herself confessed to that same medium, the death of a brother is “something for which no one prepares you”.

“How come I still pick up the phone to call him, to talk to him. Álvaro was an adorable being, whom everyone loved very much because he was very positive and very sociable”, she confessed to said medium.

A farewell that came at the worst moment for the actress, months after her separation from her husband and father from her daughter, Manuel Iborra.

Graduated in Philosophy and Letters, José María Forqué’s son also dedicated his life to the world of performing arts and more specifically to cinema. He was a screenwriter and director of numerous documentaries and feature films, among which are ‘Nexus’, ‘The comic order’ or ‘The third door’.
