SNK has announced its participation in the next EVO Japan 2023. The fighting game competition will run from March 31 to April 2 and will feature King of Fighters XV as the main title of the tournament to be held in Tokyo. The player who wins the KOF XV tournament at EVO Japan 2023 will receive an invitation to participate in the SNK World Championship 2023 (SWC 2023), which will be held in the spring of 2024.
On April 2, a game corner will be set up where fans can be the first to play with Kim Kaphwanthe second downloadable character of KOF XV Season 2, and will thus be able to meet the character, master of taekwondo and champion of justice before its launch, which will take place in the spring of this year 2023.
In parallel, four tournaments will be organized in other classic games of the company:
- KOF ’98 A FE. Friday, March 31 10:00 a.m. JST.
- Showdown of samurai. Friday, March 31 4:00 p.m. JST.
- Garou: Mark of Wolves. Saturday, April 1, 10:00 a.m. JST.
- Fatal Fury Special. Saturday, April 1, 4 p.m. JST.
