The winner, who asked to remain anonymous, bought the ticket in Austin.

Someone in Dallas won $1 million playing the lottery over the weekend. But they didn’t buy the ticket in North Texas.

The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, bought a Mega Millions ticket at Players Café, located in a business suite at 7801 N. Lamar Blvd. in Austin, according to a Texas Lottery press release.

A Players Café website explains that they are a modern convenience store with lottery tickets, scratch-offs, coffee, snacks and more, and they include a scratch-off bar for the tickets you buy to discover your luck on the spot. They say their mission is “powered by Lotto.com” with locations across the country, although the only Texas location posted on the website is in Cedar Park, a suburb north of Austin.

The winning ticket numbers matched the five cue ball numbers drawn, but not the Mega Ball. The winning numbers were 13-22-47-51-55 and the Mega Ball was 9.

The player also won an additional $2 on the same ticket. That is, he won $1,000,002.

The Mega Millions jackpot stands at $480 million for Tuesday, July 11.

Mega Millions drawings are held on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10:12 p.m. Central Time.
