The White House Law Office said there are no records of visitors to Joe Biden’s Delaware home and gave the reasons why there haven’t been for several years.
Joe Biden is in the eye of the hurricane after it became known that, like Donald Trump, he also kept some classified documents from his time as vice president. The president faces endless criticism, including the president of the Oversight Committee of the House of Representatives, James Comer, asked the White House to publish the records of visitors to Biden’s residence in Wilmington, but these records do not exist.
“Given the serious national security implications, the White House must provide the Wilmington residence’s visitor log,” Comer said.

GOP Demands Visitor Logs in Biden Classified Documents Case

Following the petition, the White House Law Office said there are no records of visitors to Joe Biden’s Delaware home and even noted that no president in history has recorded who enters and leaves his private home. Those records are only kept for official locations like the White House.
“Like every president through the decades of modern history, his personal residence is personal,” White House Attorney’s Office spokeswoman Ian Sams said in a statement. In addition, they re-emphasized that “President Biden is doing the right thing and fully cooperating with a comprehensive review, but House Republicans are playing politics in a blatantly hypocritical attempt to attack President Biden.”

The Secret Service also says it does not keep visitor logs at Biden’s personal residences and does not keep permanent logs of visitors to his properties that it examines, NBC News said.
The Justice Department has appointed a special prosecutor to investigate Biden’s handling of classified files.
