They either participate by playing a character or promote the games to the public. Will Smith is one of those celebrities who is willing to get involved, and he has once again demonstrated this with his latest collaboration with Tencent.
Tencent, a Chinese company, has several AAA projects in the pipeline, one of which is Undawn. This high-budget video game takes players to a post-apocalyptic open world where they must survive the threat of aliens and other dangers. It is set to debut in the Asian market very soon.
Will Smith’s promotion of Undawn
Daniel Ahmed, the renowned market analyst working for Niko Partners, exclusively shared a new preview of Undawn. In the video, Will Smith introduces everything we can expect from the post-apocalyptic world created by the developers at Lightspeed Studios. At the end of the trailer, a rendered version of Will Smith can be seen, hinting that he might appear in the game as a playable character or as a skin. However, this has not been confirmed, and for now, we only know that he is participating in the promotional campaign for the game.
Where can I play Undawn? Will it be released in Spain?
Undawn will be officially launched in China first, expected to be released next month. Initially, it will be available for mobile devices, with a PC release planned for later. Tencent intends to release the game worldwide, so it’s only a matter of time before it arrives in Spain. Currently, Undawn has more than 70 million pre-registrations in China, and Tencent expects it to become one of its most significant releases of 2023.
