Up to $4,500: Undocumented residents affected by storms to receive assistance in California

Through the Immigrant Storm Assistance Project, people will be able to obtain funds for food, housing and basic needs.

Governor Gavin Newsom announced the launch of the Storm Assistance Immigrant Assistance Project (SAI) in an effort to help people affected by the rains who, due to their immigration status, did not qualify for FEMA assistance in California.

Through SAI, people will be able to obtain funds for food, shelter and basic needs.
