Season by season and now even with movies like ‘Scarlet Link‘, the figure of Rimuru and company has established itself as one of the highest references in the fantasy genre. For that, who are advancing today when is the anime premiere season 3 a sunday delight.
That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime anime will take a while to return, but it will do so with excitement
That being said, here is all the information that has been revealed about the “That Time I Got Reincarnated a Slime” anime, courtesy of the AIR team:
- To start, the most important thing that was revealed: That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime season 3 will air in Spring 2024. At the moment, there is no month or date, but as you can imagine if nothing strange happens, the broadcast should start in April.
- On the other hand, it was also announced a “new” OVA for the anime: Coleus’ Dream (official translation to be confirmed).
- I put ‘new’ in quotes because it’s actually a story that Fuse, the author of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, wrote for the Scarlet Bond movie.
- This story was originally split into 4 parts (one for each anime season 2 Blu-ray), although this time It will be divided into 3 OAVs that will be broadcast throughout the fall of this same 2023.
As you can see, it looks like the long-term plans for the “That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime” anime are pretty clear. Personally I still have to see the film ‘Scarlet Bond’, which in theory will be released this same 2023 in theaters in Spain (of course, remember that this is an original story NOT required for the franchise canon). In any case, between one thing and another, what is clear is that “That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime” is preparing a rather strong return to anime.
