MIAMI.- The respite from the rains in South Florida that lasted much of this weekend peaked on Monday at dawn with heavy rains and some electric shocks that could be repeated in the afternoon. .
We also saw heavy clouds in South Florida with rain moving into the coastal area and central peninsula.
Temperatures will drop slightly and morning lows will be in the low 70°F or even 68°F range, while afternoon highs will be around 85°F.
In the afternoon, the rains return with force and it is possible that there will be floods in the vulnerable areas already affected last week. Electric shocks and wind gusts of up to 30 miles per hour will also be present.
Remember to go out with an umbrella today and be aware of possible areas with flooded streets or difficult traffic.
The good news is that Tuesday will be a day with better weather conditions and that will continue on Wednesday.
