The youtuber Rix (Nath Campos) had been sentenced to three years in prison for the sexual assault he committed against the influencer in 2017, when he offered to take her home after a party.
After the events, the Attorney General of the CDMX, Ernestina godoy, had declared on September 14 that Rix was already registered as a sex offender.
“I want to be emphatic: the crimes reported by the victim and recognized by the aggressor were neither exonerated nor left in impunity once he was convicted of accepting responsibility for the crime of attempted aggravated rape. It is registered as a sexual offender with a criminal record,” said the official at the time. But despite her statements, the truth is that his name still does not appear in said registry.
In that registry, which is available on the page of the CDMX Government, the names of 153 aggressors appear, men and women, but Rix is not among them.
