The new recording project of rita prays He is already here. The British soloist of Kosovo origin has confirmed (almost) all the details of this new musical adventure which will be launched on July 14 under the title of You and me.
From this LP we had already known the song You only love me with which the interpreter, in addition to presenting her new work, confirmed that she had gone down the aisle to say “yes I do” to Taika Waititi, the popular director. A 2 for 1 which now ends with the arrival of a disc which seems to continue in the same romantic vein (You and me).
“It’s my most diary project. This album means everything to me. It’s like the diary of my last years, it’s my sound and I feel like it’s the real truth of who I am today”, explained Rita Ora in a statement around the launch of this work.
The Brit co-wrote each of her songs and enlisted the help of Oak Felder as executive producer to bring to life an album that “conceptually goes through all the important chapters of my relationship”.
Her second single will be praise youa theme for which the artist collaborated with the famous DJ and producer fat thin boy. Its premiere will take place this same April 21, while to be able to fully enjoy the album, we will still have to wait a few months.
This song is a new version of the classic Praise you released in 1999, today transformed into an EDM bet that will give a lot to say: “To not only get Norman’s stamp of approval, but also to collaborate with him and pay back tribute to such a beautiful song from my childhood was truly a surreal experience. I think this recording means something different to everyone, but from my point of view, it is about praising your loved ones and to truly celebrate those relationships. I’m incredibly honored that we’re able to breathe new life into the song and reintroduce it to a whole new generation.”
