NEW YORK – A 51-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot in the head while apparently adding gas to his car early Friday morning in the Bronx, police said from New York.
According to the police report, the victim was around 12:45 a.m. at the gas station located in 1805 Webster Ave in Tremont when a suspect attempted to rob it. The victim allegedly doused the suspect with the gas and was then shot in the head by the suspect.
So far, there has been no arrest or description of the suspect.
This is a case under investigation.
