Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania kicked off the MCU’s Phase 5 to mixed reviews, but this new milestone is enough incentive to bring the studio back to life. In addition to a future clash between the Avengers and the Kang Dynasty, there are many more adventures coming and they look interesting. These are the next MCU releases.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania was meant to be the farewell to the Ant-Man trilogy, though Marvel Studios is already considering the development of Ant-Man 4. The case of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.3 is different, since this sequel will serve as a closure to the saga. This has been confirmed, as James Gunn has parted ways with Marvel Studios.

The latest advances in Volume 3 anticipate what will be an emotional farewell, and many fans believe that Rocket, Drax or even Peter Quill could die in the film. If any of those expectations are met, the latest installment of Guardians could turn out to be a far more emotional third installment than Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.

Wonders

So far, the Marvel series hasn’t had much of an impact on the studio’s films. This will change with The Marvels, since it will join two series to an already known cinematographic saga. Scarlet Witch and Vision introduced Monica Rambeau and Ms. Marvel did the same with Kamala Khan, two heroines who will join Captain Marvel in a new adventure.

wonders

Although Scarlet Witch and Vision received excellent reviews, Ms. Marvel didn’t resonate quite as deeply with audiences. Even so, one of Phase 4’s biggest criticisms was the lack of connection between its projects, so The Marvels can fix that mistake, bringing together three heroines from different franchises in the same film.

Loki and the Secret Invasion

Marvel rushed through Phase 4, releasing a large number of shows and movies, which resulted in a loss of quality. It looks like Phase 5 will be different. The studio’s next two series, Loki (Season 2) and Secret Invasion are scheduled for release in 2023., without yet having a precise date. It looks like Marvel is taking their next series’ releases more calmly, so it’s possible they’ll reach the level we saw in Scarlet Witch and Loki’s first installment.
