Although Showdown Series will end with the cards of the liverpool Manchester United and this Friday Fantasy FUT starts in FIFA 23 we don’t forget that Folarin Balogun Future Stars is the final reward of the current season of Ultimate Team.

If we get the necessary points (100,000 EXP), we would have to choose between two different versions of the English Ligue 1 striker. So, in this post, we are going to discuss which one we find the most interesting. And since the overall level of FUT hasn’t increased much in recent weeks, its characteristics are better than we imagined at the start of the season (because we assumed that at that point more better cards would come).

FIFA 23 – Balogun Future Stars Review

Version listed as DC

Positions: DC, MCO and SD. He has four skill stars and a bad leg, high/medium work rate, balanced body type, is 1’78 tall and right-handed.

Version appearing as EI

In-Game Stats Balogun Future Stars EI FIFA 23 Ultimate Team
Its characteristics are the same as in the previous version, but with the difference that it changes the positions. Now they are EI, MI, SD and ED.

Which card to choose?

It doesn’t seem like an easy decision as both have a few flaws and some interesting virtues. But in our opinion, the letter that comes out as EI would be the most interesting. Because although his shooting numbers are much more modest, he has more decent vision and greater speed. In addition to the fact that he would have chemistry in more positions, something that could be useful in the future for creating hybrids.

Balogun Future Stars DC’s Firing Numbers Are Quite Interesting. Although long shot drops to 80, it combines 90 positioning, 92 finishing and 87 long shot. In the field, he will be very reliable and will not relax in the stars, both versions have four skills as well as a bad leg.

However, DC loosens up clearly in sight (73). His short pass is very good (88), but he must not be too precise with his balls in the void. A weakness that, especially in the more even matches of FIFA 23, could hinder us considerably.

While Balogun Future Stars EI has much more humble shooting attributes. He only reaches 82 positioning, 85 finishing and 81 shot power. Sufficient numbers to seize clear opportunities, but without being a deadly finisher. The positive part is that his vision is much more correct (82) and the short pass is unbeatable (99).

Besides, the player in the group will be smarter with the ball. His dribbling stats are superior, especially highlighting the +4 in agility and anticipation. Its ride shouldn’t be exquisite because of the Delgado bodywork, but slick nonetheless.

Better conditions to play on the wing and to be a substitute

If FIFA 23 follows the previous seasons of Ultimate Team, we think the overall level will increase quite quickly. And in this case, neither version should be very remarkable. For what, if you used them as mid/long term starters they would probably play on the wing during games. To place even more competitive footballers inside, with higher numbers or an extra star.

In the above situation, we believe that the version that comes out as IS fits this extreme role better. Because when he’s playing on one of the sides, it’s interesting that he’s decent with passing in space. And the 73 in DC’s vision could ruin some of our pieces.

Moreover, the centre-forward accumulates 93 accelerations and 92 sprints, while the LH naturally achieves 98 accelerations and 95 sprints. He even has decent speed for a starter, so we could improve his shooting a bit with chemistry like Finisher or Marksman. AND if he will be a replacement, we will appreciate this speed to deal damage to tired enemy defenders.

conclusion

  • Although this makes the shot numbers much worse, we prefer the version that comes across as extreme.
  • The vision of the IS is far from top (82), but it is much more decent. And we assume that this lack of DC will be more and more embarrassing with the passage of time.
  • Since the EI naturally hits 98 acceleration and 95 sprints, we could fix its undershoot with the flair of chemistry. Besides that andThis speed will be very useful if we use it as a revulsive.
  • The winger will have chemistry like EI, MI, ED and SD. The striker as DC, SD and MCO. This is an additional post.

Recommended Chemical Styles

  • For Balogun Future Stars EI: If he’s going to shoot a lot, we’ll try him out on Falcon first, just in case you’re pretty accurate with your shots and his finishing isn’t an issue (and if you find he misses too much, then we’d launch Hunter). If you rarely shoot and play on the wing, we will use Motor. And if only 95 sprints is not a problem for you because you don’t need him to be very fast over long distances, then we will apply Finisher or Marksman.
  • For Balogun Future Stars DC: We’d run Hunter for perfect pace and great stats for positioning (94), finishing (99) and shot power (91). And Motor would be a valid alternative, although it wouldn’t offer as much security when shooting.
