“Dragon Ball Heroes“It’s…one thing. I think you can agree that it’s probably the strangest experience that has ever happened in the history of”dragonball“; a fantasy by way of fan service in which power levels jump out the window starting at minute 1 just to make let the wet dreams of many fans come true. But where to dive into this wild alternative to the work of Akira Toriyama?
What you need to know about Dragon Ball Heroes before watching the anime
- First of all, it must be taken into account that Dragon Ball Heroes occurs after the events of the Tournament of Power chronologically speaking. It is also not necessary to be very strict with everything that happens, but to have a little orientation.
- What is the anime about? Basically It all starts with a new villain named Fu trapping Future Trunks on a strange prison planet.. Thus, going to his rescue, Goku, Vegeta and company will encounter villains from all the sagas and timelines of the Dragon Ball universe, and even with other “selves” from different timelines.
- The idea of Dragon Ball Heroes is therefore to show you what would a real reunion between Future Gohan and Trunks look like, what if Goku trained as a High Priest or if Cooler obtained the golden form of his brother Frieza. Yeah, it’s basically a ‘what if’ factory for one logical reason: propaganda.
- What does Dragon Ball Heroes advertising do? Well, Super Dragon Ball Heroes, the arcade and collectible card game that has been a hit in Japan for a long time but that for some reason we never had in Spain or in the West in general (except for the video game for Nintendo Switch and PC which was supposed to be a small adaptation/introduction of the concept).
Alternatives to watch Dragon Ball Heroes anime
- Made the introduction to the anime, the truth is that there are not too many variables that one can take when going to see the anime of Dragon Ball Heroes.
- It must be taken into account that it is an anime that is broadcast only streaming in Japan and that no platform has come to license internationally. For convenience, this means there is NO legal way to watch Dragon Ball Heroes anime.
- However, there is a very simple alternative that no one needs to worry about if they are hacking or not: Youtube.
- For many months now, YouTube users have been freely downloading Dragon Ball Heroes anime chapters even with compilations that bring together more than thirty different chapters.
- That I’ve seen, chains like DBHype oh JesusTV They regularly upload new episodes of the Dragon Ball Heroes anime, in case you want to keep them in mind when it bites you.
I’ve said it more than once, but I’m not a fan of “Dragon Ball Heroes” because I think made of power creep an even bigger problem than in the standard “Dragon Ball”. It’s very nice to see old characters with new transformations, but not too much when they have already disappeared after a chapter and a half and their power implies absolutely nothing. In short, because of the hype and the designs, I’m cool, but the plot theme… meh.
