A few months ago, there were several disturbing images of Cara Delevingne and it was rumored that her relatives were worried about her health. The model admitted that she was going through problems with drugs and that these photos helped her to realize and go to rehabilitation.
Last September, several images of Cara Delevingne at Los Angeles airport showed the model in a deplorable condition. Looking disheveled and barefoot, she was unable to board Jay Z’s private plane in which she intended to travel. 45 minutes after boarding, the model descended and they never took off.
One of the people who was with her was the actress Margot Robbie. She came to her New York apartment after the uproar caused by Cara’s erratic behavior. With tears in her eyes and a sad expression, Robbie left the place visibly affected.

Several months later, the model gave an interview to Vogue and confessed what happened at that time. “I wasn’t well, now I’m recovering from my addiction issues,” she pointed out.
Currently, she has been drug-free for four months after an “emotionally turbulent” time.
“I hadn’t slept. It wasn’t good. It breaks my heart because I thought I was having a good time, but it got to a point where I was like, ‘Okay, I don’t look well.’ Sometimes you need a dose of reality, so in a way, those photos are something to be grateful for,” Cara said of those pictures at the airport.

In fact, drugs completely changed her appearance and made her feel invincible. “There are times when I take drugs to feel invincible. In those moments, I put myself in danger because I don’t care about my life.”
In September, she became aware of her problem and asked her relatives to help her enter rehab: “It scares me to do this to the people around me who love me.”
“This process obviously has its ups and downs, but I started to realize so many things. People want my story to be that I was addicted and now I’m sober and that’s it. It is not so simple. It doesn’t happen overnight,” she said, noting that she knows she’ll never be completely fine.
