Yves Guillemot anticipates many announcements for the big event in Los Angeles which will take place in June

It seems like Ubisoft You give me the reason for what I’ve been repeating for weeks, your business keeps popping up in the press for all sorts of reasons (essentially negative). The announcement of the new The Crew, the leak of two Far Cry, the rumors about its multiple canceled games… It is clear that this company gets people talking.

Far from calming the waters and passing into the background, Ubisoft returned to the present following certain statements by his CEO at the last investor meeting. Beyond statistics and data on the future of the company, Yves Guillemot has made surprising claims about his involvement in the upcoming E3 (via VGC).

Ubisoft will go to E3 2023 “if it fits”

  • Guillemot commented that Ubisoft will attend E3 2023 “if it happens”and these words make a lot of noise among people because it does not seem at all sure that the event will take place
  • You have to remember this year’s E3 is going to be organized by other people and will feature a whole new formatthe one that attracts more audiences and adapts to current times
  • However, this does not justify the fact that it is February and such an influential person as the CEO of Ubisoft is not 100% sure whether this event will take place or not, it’s pretty amazing
  • In any case, another rather important statement by Guillemont should be highlighted: “If E3 happens, we’ll be there and we’ll have a lot to show.”
  • In this way it seems to anticipate a conference full of announcements and surprises.

What Ubisoft games might we see at E3?

Most likely, at the future Ubisoft conference for E3 2023, we will see the gameplay of video games that will be released in the second half, such as The Crew Motorfest, Assassin’s Creed Mirage and maybe skull bones.

Then we have a good selection of titles that almost nothing is known about, such as Beyond Good & Evil 2, Avatar: Pandora’s Frontiers, Prince of Persia: Las Arenas del Tiempo Remake or the reinvention of the first Burst cell.
