Publisher Wishlist Games and developer The Farm 51 today announce the PC release of Operation Sunstormthe latest free update to the acclaimed realistic first-person shooter World War 3. Set and inspired by Tokyo, Japan, the second season update brings a ton of content, including two additional maps, new weapons, gear, attacks, and FUBAR, an all-new 20 vs. 20 game mode. On top of all that and the new Battle Pass, The Farm 51 has released a new gameplay trailer showing off the clashes awaiting players in the heart of Japan.
Earlier this week, Farm51 posted videos showcasing two new maps of Operation Sunstorm: Tokyo and Shibuya. Players were able to get an idea of the public shopping areas, narrow alleys and streets they will pass through in the city of Tokyo. This new installment adds to the expanding WWIII battlefield, where players face off in team skirmishes fighting on the ground, driving tanks and vehicles, controlling drones, and launching tactical attacks to cause maximum damage. Up to 40 players can battle in two main game modes, Tactical Ops and Deathmatch, with matches played on a series of realistic and impressive maps.

Introducing a new version of Tactical Ops that focuses on infantry engagements, with limited vehicle attacks available. Arm yourself and fight to conquer or defend six capture points in intense and thrilling 20v20 player skirmishes. This mode includes infantry trucks and the new revive mechanic, which allows players to revive teammates and keep fighting.
NEW MAPS; WAR IS COMING TO JAPAN
Tokyo, the capital of Japan, has become a new arena of war. Take on the enemy at medium range in open-air shopping streets, close the gap in tight alleys and narrow alleys, or secure a tactical advantage with vantage points, perfect for sniper engagements and DMR in the city of Tokyo. Also head to Shibuya in Team Deathmatch mode, one of Tokyo’s most famous locations. Shibuya was once a bustling commercial center with a thriving nightlife, but now it finds itself in the midst of an inevitable conflict. Fight with your full arsenal in both map variants, day and night, control its famous neon-drenched streets and take control of this capital of Japanese culture.
