A State of Play from Sony took place this week where we took a look at some of the games on the way to PlayStation 5 and PlayStation VR 2, including several indie games. One of these games is a charming adventure developed by Awaceb which has just received a release date on PS4, PlayStation 5 and PC.
It will be March 21 when we can play Tchia exclusively on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles, as well as PC through the Epic Games Store. In addition, it is already confirmed that Tchia will be available from launch in the PlayStation Plus service in the Extra and Premium / Deluxe plans.
During State of Play, we also got to see a new trailer for Tchia, which shows us the game’s antagonist called Maevora kidnapping our protagonist’s father. The trailer also shows us some of the game’s locations and characters, along with a theme from its soundtrack that gives us an idea of the kind of adventure that awaits us with Tchia.
In Tchia, a magical adventure awaits us in which we will be able to connect with wild animals, in addition to which Tchia will have to solve puzzles and explore a very beautiful world with bright colors. The fictional island of Tchia is based on the island nation of New Caledonia, so it will introduce us to a variety of cultures, traditions, and languages.
Also announced this week was the Tchia Oléti Edition, which is a set that will celebrate the game’s launch with cosmetics inspired by the Kepler Interactive family of games, featuring designs inspired by Sifu, Scorn, Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn and Cat Quest. Additionally, both versions of Tchia can now be pre-ordered in its PC version through the Epic Games Store.
