It’s been 23 years since Nintendo introduced its small, cubic console at Nintendo Spaceworld, its own trade show that ran from 1989 to 2001. Five different models were on display, all in different colors, and despite none of them, they were functional, collectors desperately tried to find one of these prototypes. And now the treasure hunt is over, at least in part.

Today, Console Variations showed us a indigo version picture one of the first Gamecubes in history, an invaluable collector’s item for Nintendo fans, and only black, gold, silver and pink versions remain. If you want to see what Nintendo Spaceworld 2000 looked like, watch a video here.
