The talent system is undoubtedly one of the most important ways to develop your character in Hogwarts Legacy. Talents can make you a powerful wizard and even give you access to dark magic. However, it also includes critical upgrades essential to your progress through the game, so picking up the right talents early is very important.
You will unlock the talent system after completing the “Jackdaw’s Rest” quest. So it could be sooner or later, depending on how much free roaming you’ve done. Some of them are very important for spending points first, while others are not vital in the early game and may not even be useful throughout the game.
