PC specs at launch are becoming increasingly important to gamers. With titles like Forspoken and Hogwarts Legacy requiring a beast of a rig to even hit 1080p and 60 FPS, many worry whenever minimum and recommended requirements for a new title are released.
Fortunately, it seems that we will not have to use the wallet if we want to enjoy Resident Evil 4 Remake on our PC, even if it does not have recent components. On its Steam page, it was recently revealed that to run the game you will need, at a minimum, an AMD Ryzen 3 1200 or Intel Core i5-7500 CPU, 8GB RAM, AMD Radeon RX 560 or an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti. . Even with these minimum specs, you should get around 45fps at 1080p.
To achieve 60 fps at 1080p, you will need more powerful components. For the processor, Resident Evil 4 Remake requires an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 or an Intel Core i7 8700, 16 GB of RAM and either a GTX 1070 or a Radeon RX 5700.
These requirements are surprisingly low compared to other games released in 2023. No information is given on how much storage space you’ll need to get the game on your PC, but otherwise everything seems quite affordable, especially for those who are into it. haven’t sold a kidney yet to upgrade to a 4090.
