A fairly lengthy gameplay of the upcoming Remnant 2 has hit the web. It’s a few minutes during which we see spectacular battles and a boss battle that should appeal to fans of Remnant: From the Ashes.
The developers of the next Remnant II are increasing the hype ahead of the release: the game’s official YouTube channel has posted a a nine-minute game recording. It should be added that a shorter video was already made available on the IGN channel yesterday, which turned out to be an excerpt from the most recent video: it only showed the final fight against the boss. The story takes place in a place called Yaesha, one of the areas that we will visit in Remnant II. The game features three different character archetypes, namely Gunslinger, Handler, and Challenger.. They mainly differ in their fighting styles. The video shows how the characters take on various monsters: one character has a dog at his disposal, which can move to attack on command (and after a job well done, he will receive a reward in the form of petting). Another kills enemies not only with firearms, but also with a saw-like melee weapon. The latter, meanwhile, faces a boss called Mother Mind.
Gunfire Games announced the game last year during The Game Awards. Proving to be a success in its own right (selling a million copies in two months and 10 million copies picked up during the Epic Games Store promotion), this sequel to Remnant: From the Ashes will allow you to play solo or with friends. . Remnant II will build on the premises of its predecessor and once again enrich third-person combat with RPG elements. Judging by the gameplay, fans of the first installment should be happy with the sequel.
