Obviously, however, the adventure is far from over for the Blizzard title, which is now preparing to present the future novelties expected for season 4. And while the start is currently scheduled for April 11, the time has come for the studio to reveal more about Vital, the new hero following.
Overwatch 2 presents Vital, its new hero
As always, we had the right to a trailer that goes back to the origins of the latter, who presents himself as a Thai scientist not like the others. In effect, combine nature and technology to create new ways to heal, move and deal damage, allowing him to establish himself as a major support hero. Drawing on his background as a naturalist, his exceptional abilities stem from a technology born from the fusion of photoforming and plants, with which he is more than determined to do good.
According to Overwatch 2 Lead Narrative Designer Gavin Jurgens-Fyhrie, The Vital story will also let you know more about Symmetra in the sense that it turns out that the two share a common past: “I was pretty much the only person who had it in school and the reverse was also true” explains it “There is a lot to be said about their shared past. We can’t reveal everything yet, but the Vishkar company plays a huge role in our story, especially for Symmetra and Vital.”.
imminent release
However, the developer points out that Vital is not part of the Overwatch team, even though he is “lightly connected” to the latter. But all this players will have the opportunity to discover in more detail from the April 11, when the character can be tested for free for a limited time. In addition, an event will be held until April 24 to celebrate its arrival in the game. In the meantime, remember that you only have a few days left to enjoy the content of Season 3.
As a reminder, Overwatch 2 is now available en PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
