Long confined to the Apple Arcade and available only recently on Switch, the Zelda-like in 3D from the Finnish studio Cornfox & Brothers is preparing to be ported to new platforms including next-gen consoles.
Released on October 28 on Nintendo Switch, Oceanhorn 2: Knights of the Lost Realm is a 3D Zelda-like that served as a launch game for the Apple Arcade on iPhone and Mac. Since then, Cornfox & Brothers, the Finnish studio behind the project, has produced a second title for the Apple game service called Oceanhorn: Chronos Dungeon, which is a pixel-art co-op action-RPG seen from above. which is 200 years after Oceanhorn 2.
However, Cornfox & Brothers does not seem to have finished with this 3D opus yet since publisher FDG Entertainment announced that Oceanhorn 2: Knights of the Lost Realm will be ported to PS5, Xbox Series, PC and “Moreover“in the times to come. Previously, the publisher had already released the first Oceanhorn which was released at the time on PC, PS4, Switch, Xbox ONE, PSVita, iOS and Android.
