Another update for No Man’s Sky has been released and version 4.13 is now live.

Once again, Hello Games is looking to fix a number of issues with the recent Fractal update. You can also find the details in previous patches. here.

The full patch notes for the No Man’s Sky version 4.13 update are as follows:

  • Fixed an issue that caused incorrect option settings to be saved for options that are currently not applicable.
  • Fixed an issue that caused text for “speech to text” options to be slightly smaller than other network options.
  • Fixed a rare issue that prevented some menu options from being re-translated when changing languages.
  • Fixed an issue that caused various options to appear in irrelevant settings, where they had no functional effect.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the Base Complexity option to be incorrectly hidden on some platforms.
  • Fixed an issue that could prevent the Gamma option from being visible on some platforms.
  • Fixed an issue that caused an incorrect “Return” text message to display on the save selection screen after adjusting options.
  • An additional layer of control has been added to the Wait to Confirm option setting, allowing players to disable Wait to Confirm for most interactions, but retain it for destructive actions.
  • Fixed an issue that caused pending options settings changes to be canceled when entering an options submenu.
  • Fixed an issue that caused inventory slot highlights to appear above pop-up windows.
  • Fixed an issue that caused text to be clipped incorrectly on the main ship screen.
  • Fixed an issue that caused incorrect text clipping in the Journey Milestones UI.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the quick menu/build swap option to work on ships or exocrafts.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the Sprint/Scan option to have the wrong description after applying a change.
  • Fixed an issue that caused Refiner contents to be lost when exiting a freighter.
  • Fixed various rendering issues with planetary objects.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented some Twitch reward ships from having their Vesper Sail.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause volcanoes to spawn in the middle of previously built bases during the Utopia Expedition.
  • Fixed various issues that could cause exocraft first person cameras to break.
  • Fixed a rare issue that could cause a debug button to appear in the UI.
  • Fixed an issue that could prevent base screenshots from rendering correctly.
  • Fixed an issue that caused patch notes to use too small a font on Switch.
  • Fixed a quest crash that could affect Switch players in the Trace of Metal quest.
  • Fixed a mission log issue affecting Switch players when completing Nexus missions that require a Quad Servo.
  • Fixed an untranslated text ID visible on the teleport screen when playing Trace of Metal on Switch.
  • Fixed an issue that could prevent freighter bases from syncing correctly in multiplayer.
  • Multiplayer party and friend invites now track if the receiving player is currently busy and provide better feedback to the sending player.
  • Fixed a performance issue with broken tech popups.
  • Fixed an issue that removed some important metadata for mod authors.
  • Fixed a memory leak related to repeatedly changing language settings.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause a crash when loading savegames with complex bases.
  • Fixed a rare crash related to finding plants or minerals on board the space station.
  • Fixed a crash related to base sync in multiplayer.
  • Fixed a crash that could occur when saving with a large number of discoveries.
  • Fixed a crash related to particle rendering.
