Activision and Infinity Ward have just released their official Modern Warfare 2 Season 2 Reloaded launch trailer, and it gives us a good look at the game’s latest free map and what else is new in this update.
‘Himmelmatt Expo’ is a new 6v6 multiplayer map with tomorrow’s free update on all Xbox platforms. In fact, it’s the first Really new base map since the game launched, with the 6v6 maps added so far consisting of classic remasters and a reworked beta map.
Old school CoD fans are also well catered for in other parts of this update. Three classic game modes: One in the Vault, Drop Zone, and All or Nothing all return with Season 2 Reloaded, which marks a nice change of pace from the more Warzone 2.0-focused updates we’ve seen for MW2 so far. ‘now.
If you love large-scale CoD experiences, the game’s second raid also arrives with this update, continuing the narrative set in motion with the first raid.
All of this online FPS goodness is coming as a free update for Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 owners tomorrow, March 15. If you don’t have the full game, you can try the new 6v6 map from March 16 to 20 while Infinity Ward is setting up a free play weekend for MW2.
