Frame Break, the studio behind space colony simulator Lightyear Frontier, has announced that the game will not be released on its scheduled release date, and instead is delayed indefinitely.
According to a statement posted on Twitter, the developer “cannot commit to a release date at this time” because “game development is complicated.”
The statement also notes that Frame Break remains “committed to building a carefully crafted experience and continuing the conversation with our community in the process.”
As for what this means for Lightyear Frontier, all we know is that a release window will be communicated in the future, once the studio has an idea of when the title will be ready for Early Access. .
