The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Collector’s Edition and a new Link amiibo were revealed during today’s Nintendo Direct.
The second Tears of the Kingdom trailer was likely the Nintendo Direct’s title, though there were other big hits like the Metroid Prime remaster that somehow released today. today, and it was followed by the reveal of a Collector’s Edition that comes with some goodies. theme. Nintendo also confirmed the price of Tears of the Kingdom a day after people noticed the game’s retail listings had raised the price by $10. Geoff Keighley, Nintendo has confirmed that the standard edition of Tears of the Kingdom will set you back $70, while the collector’s edition costs $130. Certainly useful information to know if you plan to pre-order Tears of the Kingdom before the game’s May 12 release date. Whether this will be the new standard price for AAA Switch games in the future has yet to be confirmed, but it’s fair to assume that it is.
