Getting to Inkopolis in Splatoon 3
To access Inkopolis, you must first purchase the Splatoon 3 Expansion Pass from the Nintendo eShop. Once you’ve done that, you’ll want to go up the stairs and turn left into the newly built station. Walk around and they’ll take you to Inkopolis.

Can’t get to train station in Splatoon 3
If you are unable to access the train station even after purchasing the DLC, you may need to update your game for the DLC to be added to the game. To do this, return to the Nintendo Switch main menu and access to Splatoon 3. Press the + button to open options and scroll down to Software Update. Select on the internet and your game should be updated to the latest version. If you are still unable to access the DLC, you will need to download it again from the eShop as the download may have been interrupted at some point and could not be completed.
To re-download the DLC to your Nintendo Switch, launch the Nintendo eShop and search for the Splatoon 3 expansion pack. Access the individual content of the DLC you are trying to download. On its page you should see that it has been purchased and from there you should be able to download it.
