Sons of the Forest has you surviving on a small island, trying to fend for yourself and battling against multiple hordes of cannibals and mutants. As you explore the island, you can add several tools to your arsenal to make your life easier. One of these tools is a hang glider. Where to find the hang glider in Sons of the Forest
The hang glider’s location is difficult to find, but most players will be able to find it without having to travel to different parts of the island to locate various tools to reach it, unlike the shovel. However, it will take quite a long travel time. You have to go down to the southern part of the island by sticking to the big mountain in the center of this island. You can choose to cross the island directly or go around it, depending on how you and your party want to complete the task.

As you get closer to the bottom of the island, get closer to the base of the mountain and watch out for the caves. Mountain caves aren’t the same as traditional caves, but they are ice caves that usually contain a handful of supplies you can grab to make your time on the island easier. The bottom one, northwest of a small lake, will have the hang glider. It will be outside the cave, next to an abandoned camp. You can pick it up and start using it.

The hang glider is an extremely useful item for traversing the island, although you may need to climb large hills to make the most of the distance. There seem to be several places to find hang gliding, with another closer to the northern part of the island.
