In Hogwarts Legacy, Collector Chests are chests that contain cosmetic items for your character and Room of Requirement. If you’re a finalist or just like the customization options, you’ll want to find as many collectible chests as possible. They’re usually fairly easy to spot as they appear on your map and minimap, but many of them aren’t that easy to find, with locked doors and tricky puzzles often blocking the way. The eight Collectible Chests in the Library Annex at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry are hard to come by, but with a little magic and puzzle solving, you can get them all.

How to Get All Eight Collector Chests in the Library Annex

There is a collection chest in the restricted section of the library. Go down the stairs in the east corner of the library and keep going until you come to a dirty and dusty room. The Collectible Chest is on a desk in the corner.

Another collectible chest can be found in the hallway leading to the Arithmancy classroom, accessed by solving the Divination classroom door puzzle.

There is another collectible chest behind each of the two puzzle doors in the Arithmancy classroom.

Another collectible chest is in the long gallery, behind the puzzle door in the bell tower courtyard.

Two of the Library Annex’s collection chests can be found under the bridge (or overpass, if we’re being fancy) that spans the space between the Library Annex and the Great Hall. You need to solve the bridge fire puzzle to get there.

On the north side of the long gallery, at the end closest to the potions room, there is a large switch on the wall. Throw Depulso at this switch and the wall will open, revealing a door to the Depulso 1 puzzle room. Solve the Depulso 1 puzzle room and the collectible chest will appear in the hallway leading to the puzzle room.
