IThe worst news Spanish VALORANT fans could want to hear was confirmed last Thursday. Team Heretics, the team of probably the most well-known Spanish representative, Mixwell, no longer has any chance of reaching the Playoffs.
The victory over KCorp on day two made them dream, but they couldn’t do more after that. They lost to Fnatic, NaVi, Team Liquid, and BBL, and on day one they did it with FUT. The 1-5 leaves them no option to move on to the next round.
Heretics-BBL Summary
The bad luck showed up this time in the Team Heretics match. The first map of the afternoon was Haven, one of the best known and oldest. When the engine starts, The Heretics couldn’t stand up to their defence, and the first team pulled away from the Turks, 7-5.
However, after the change, the attack of heretics was very positive. They got six rounds and placed the match 11-11, with a good sequence. However, they had previously spoken about Breach’s ultimate bugs, and on that occasion, an in-game error helped the Turks secure their twelfth, leading the game into overtime. And the defense of heretics started well, but it wasn’t good enough either. They won the pistol round, but could not overcome the Turkish echo, and fFinally the match ended clearly with a 2-1 and a 13-2 on this last card. Heretics thus abandons the dream of the Playoffs.
